Program Spotlights 2022-2023

The Illinois State University
The ISU Speech and Hearing Clinic, has had the privilege of offering gender affirming communication services since 2017. Since then, this program has continuously grown through community partnerships and grant funding which has greatly increased access for those needing services. This provides an excellent opportunity for both undergraduate and graduate students to be instructed on how to better understand cultural issues around care, the science behind care, and the techniques that support care.
